What does one plate really cost?
Plate Price turns what you pay at the store into the cost of one portion, and the price that pays you. Built for home bakers, food trucks and small kitchens.
Cost recipes the way kitchens actually buy
Enter the pack, not the gram
Type what a 50 lb sack of flour cost. Plate Price works out the cost per gram, cup or each, with standard conversions and ingredient weights built in.
Yield and loss included
Trimming waste and cooking loss change your real cost. Set edible portion and cook yield once and every recipe uses them.
Recipes inside recipes
Use a dough, a sauce or a filling as one line of another recipe. Change the base and everything that uses it updates.
Price to a target
Pick the food cost you want. See the price to charge, your profit per portion, and what labor, packaging and overhead add.
